Matwork Classes involve a short warm up that touches base with the principles of Pilates and then a range of exercises that work the whole body in all ranges of motion. Each class is unique and can be focussed on the needs of participants. The exercises given can be varied to be appropriate and safe for all participants.
1:1 Sessions provide clients with individual attention to work on specific programs. The sessions are the fastest and best way to problems clients have or movement goals they want to work on. Yes, they are more expensive, but they are far more effective. Contact us for available times.
Classes are currently run on Tuesdays at 5:30 and Thursdays at 6:30pm at the studio. More classes will be added as demand increases. If a different time suits you, please contact us and suggest a time.
Classes are paid for on a casual basis at $20 per person.
(Note: an initial 1:1 is required prior to starting classes. This session provides instruction on the basics of Pilates, an allows us to do a screening of issues and injuries for insurance purposes and provides us information needed to make sure your experience is safe and effective.)
1:1 sessions are available at $70 per person.
Both are one hour long.
Bookings are essential. We don't take walk-ins.
