Video Analysis

Video has been used for a long time with athletes to help analyse movements and create a direction in training to make those movements better.

Even the best of runs can be made better!

The same can be employed with our day-to-day movements. Be it your running style (as we do in Runity), a piece of choreography that dancer is working on, or even an exercise that you just can't get done. 

A quick video and slow motion replay can give you a better idea how you move, and us a better idea of how to direct exercise choices in order to get the desired outcome for you as a client.

These sessions can be done in-house, with you performing the actions you want to work on (kicking, throwing, choreography, etc.) or a video can be brought in (or emailed) , and analysed outside of a session.

Video Analysis is done in a 1:1 session, or in small groups as long as everyone is doing video analysis. Contact us for details of how these sessions work.
